If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

To delete your account, please contact our support team at deals365.help@gmail.com with your registered email address and reason for deletion. Our team will process your request within 48 hours. Note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Browse available deals in the app and tap on any deal you're interested in. Click the "Join Deal" button to enter. Make sure your profile is complete so you can receive your prize if you win.
