  • Account info: name, email, profile image (from Google/Apple or email sign-up).
  • Delivery details (Users): phone number, delivery address — only required when you win a deal.
  • Seller details: business name, address, verification documents (when registering as a seller).
  • Product data (Sellers): product title, images, description, price, and stock level.
  • Reviews & images: optional user reviews and selfies with received products (if shared).
1.2 Automatically collected information

We automatically collect data to operate and secure the service:

  • Device & OS information (model, version).
  • IP address, country and language settings.
  • Usage data, app logs and crash reports (for diagnostics).
  • Analytics to improve features and performance.

2. How we use information

We use the data to provide and improve Deals365 features, such as:

  • Create and maintain user and seller accounts.
  • Run free deals and select winners automatically and randomly when slots fill.
  • Deliver winning products to winners (share winner delivery details with the seller for fulfillment).
  • Provide customer support and process seller verification.
  • Secure the platform and detect abuse or fraud.

3. Sharing & disclosure

When we share data

We limit sharing to what is necessary:

  • With sellers: If you win a deal, we share your name, delivery address, and contact number with the seller to fulfill the order.
  • Service providers: trusted partners (hosting, analytics, notifications) who act on our behalf.
  • Legal reasons: to comply with laws, protect rights, or respond to valid legal requests.

We do not sell your personal data for advertising or other purposes.

4. Data security & storage

We implement industry standard measures to protect your data:

7. Children

Deals365 is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us to remove the data.

8. Third-party services

We may use third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, analytics, crash reporting and cloud hosting. These services have separate privacy policies — we recommend reviewing them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When changes occur we will update the “Last updated” date and post the new policy here. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
