By accessing or using the Deals365 mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users, including buyers and sellers.

Deals365 is a platform that connects users with sellers offering free deals on products. Key features include:

• Users can join deals for free products with limited slots.
• Winners are selected automatically and randomly when all slots are filled.
• Sellers can create and manage product listings and fulfill orders to winners.
• Users can review products and share their experiences.

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Deals are free offers with limited slots. When all slots are filled, winners are selected randomly and automatically by the system.

Winner selection is completely random and automated. Deals365 does not manually select winners or favor any users.

If you win a deal, you must provide accurate delivery information (name, phone number, address) for the seller to ship the product. Failure to provide accurate information may result in non-delivery.

Joining deals is completely free. You are never required to make a purchase to participate.

Sellers must complete verification by providing business information and supporting documents before creating deals.

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and stock availability. Misleading or fraudulent listings are prohibited.

Sellers are responsible for shipping products to winners in a timely manner. Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.

Sellers must ensure that products meet quality standards and match the listing description. Counterfeit, illegal, or dangerous products are strictly prohibited.

All content on the Deals365 App, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Deals365 or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

By submitting reviews, images, or other content to Deals365, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

You are responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Deals365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Deals365 is a platform connecting users with sellers. We do not manufacture, inspect, or guarantee the quality of products offered by sellers. Any issues with products should be resolved directly with the seller.

Deals365 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deals365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in service
• Actions or omissions of sellers or other users

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deals365 from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your use of the App
• Your content or conduct on the platform

Your use of Deals365 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
